1. Services
We provide domestic, deep, end of tenancy, Airbnb/rental, and commercial cleaning. A description of each service and guide prices are available on our website.
2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.
Minimum booking: 2 hours (unless otherwise agreed).
Payment is due on the day of service unless agreed otherwise.
Deposits may be required for large jobs.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule free of charge with 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations under 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service cost.
If our staff cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Provide safe access, water, electricity, and parking.
Remove or secure valuables and fragile items before cleaning.
Provide fresh linen and restocking items for Airbnb/rental cleans (unless agreed otherwise).
5. Liability
We are fully insured for public liability.
We are not liable for wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or items unsuitable for cleaning.
Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service.
6. Prices
All prices on the website are starting estimates. Final costs may vary depending on property size and condition.
Parking and congestion charges may be added if applicable.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse or stop service if our staff face unsafe conditions, abuse, or unreasonable demands.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
